Been on a medical leave from work for the past 2 months

and on leave into May

need to get some counselling, so I can see where to go from here

Up in the air right now

had a mental breakdown in January - started antidepressants, attempted to go back to work than was advised by my sup that I should take a leave of absence. So been on medical leave for 2 months, monthly checkups with doctor whose an amazing doctor

so right now its May is towards go to a Counselor and than back to dr on 30th. I want it all to be determined that work caused it and it would be healthier to quit to move forward instead of backwards
