Hi everyone. After talking things over with Cat and Court and after seeing the reaction to the thread that they started about the future of this board, we've made the decision to close this board on November 4, 2012.

We encourage you to start discussion topics about Lady Gaga on the Music Forum here at Fan Forum after this board has closed, so you can continue to discuss your favorite music artist here.

It's a very sad decision but it's the right thing to do, ever since I've been a mod here the board has struggled ... it's only ever been Cat & I posting on the discussion threads. It's not fair to us or the board to keep it open any longer, like Jerry said we can start a thread on the music board and take our discussions there.

I love Gaga so much, she has been a massive inspiration on my life. She is honestly my favourite "celebrity", she is so down to earth, talented and loyal to her fans.

I'm going to miss this board! I remember when we first got it and how crazy it was in here.

Cat, it's been awesome modding with you! Although it never felt like modding it just felt like two friends posting on our own little board :lol: I know I'll see you around FF somewhere :hug: Thank you for your friendship and support over the time I've been on here.

Im very sad to see that it has come down to this but I completely understand and respect your collective decision. It's not fair to the mods of this board to be the only ones keeping it afloat, it becomes a chore with the pressures to keep up with post counts and having to post every other day, so I respect your decision and hope others do too.

Upon seei g this message, I got a little nostalgic and went searching for my very first post on this board. I found it in the intro section from Sept 2010 :eek: I was 21 then, just joined FF a few months prior and had my first modship. I very very clearly remember sitting in a common area at my university and watching the Born This Way video premiere through my phone and rushing over here to post about it. It's kind of crazy how vivid my memory of that is...

Then I got a job, I entered my senior year and life just got busy. I haven't followed Gaga in some time now or else I would have stopped by to post. I'm sad to see the board go, but I'll be sure to look back on it with fond memories. I mran, I obvious have one memory I seem to have carried for 2 years now.

Cristal thank you for sharing that memory, it's so good to hear! :hug: I hope people remember the good times on this board, it was such a chilled out board and there was never any problems with it.

sorry to see the board go, i know how hard it is to post on and moderate a single artist music board, but its understandable.

good on you guys for keeping it up as long as you did, and the effort you put in during that time. :)
