It's hard to know if there is love there yet. I think they do but neither of them have fully embraced it nor do they recognise it. But they know that there is a lot of emotions and feelings there. Talking about Lexa given in, she didn't exactly give in to what Clarke said. She listened and took the advice on board and wants to find a better way to lead other then killing people as and when she wants.

Lexa did the right choice when accepting Clarke's suggestion. They both prevented another bloodbath. Arkadia owes them even if they don't even know.
