It's from 1999.
Dystopian. All adults have died from a virus and the children (teens mainly) have to survive in this world.
I loved it when I was younger and it was recently brought up again by someone making me remember it Season 1 seems to be in full on Youtube

It's 30 minutes episodes. It's an easy to watch light kinda thing to watch
But I had forgotten that there was so much love drama
