This OP is so outdated but it was such a happy time on this board so I don't even care
(Plus nobody is around to make new graphics for it)

TFTNT!

I had so much fun making the OP. But I don't even remember what I used to make them in PS, I wouldn't be able to recreate it.

The team coffee, tea and water.

Damocles 09-25-2020 03:05 PM

Oh geez, I forgot it was you who made them :lmao: Despite the fact it...says your name...right there...

Karma Police 09-25-2020 03:07 PM

 I'm happy that I still like most of the things that are up there for me.

Paulina made such a lovely OP. It's such a beautiful OT one (maybe the best one, but I am biased :P ).

Paulina and Lisa, you girls are making me THIRSTY with this liquor talk. I had some nice Japanese soju cocktail during my trip and man, I want to have more of that. And some white wine.

Paulina, remember how we went and looked for liquor once we picked you up from the airport? We really should have gotten more then.

The sink excursion was a bust. :pout: They were either all too large for my tiny condo or super expensive. I'm looking at a few places, online sites too now. I'm really excited (like an old person  ) for a nice, sleek dark ceramic one ... so I can pair it with a sleek new dark counter top. Kind of remodelling my kitchen so it's expensive but exciting.

I'm biased too but I agree. And thanks.

I just googled it and a soju cocktail sounds so delicious.

 I do remember that we went to the store but I only remmeber what Paula bought. Can't remember what I bought.

Hope you can find something nice on the Internet. Home appliances are also often a lot cheaper on the Internet. I will have to start shopping for the bathroom renovation I have planned. Will be so expensive too but I managed to save a lot of money over the past year, so I can go nuts.

That was a happy time. Life seemed so much simpler. Le sigh.

I also still like the things up there for me. Was actually thinking recently I should do a Fringe rewatch.

I like ciders, Kristen.

It's delicious. It was a soju bar, so it specialised in that and had so many options.

I can't remember what we bought either. :lmao: Was it just beer? Surely, there was wine too.

Thanks, I hope so. Yeah, it's adding up really quickly so I'm looking at cheaper options now. That's exciting that you're renovating your bathroom. :D Are you getting a contractor to do it or more of a DIY job? It's really fun, the only non-fun part is paying for it.

Karma Police 09-26-2020 12:59 PM

Oh, I like ciders too. :D

I never had it, not sure there's any place here that makes them. Need to look into that.

I don't remember, i think there was wine and Paula bought something else, I remember what the bottle looks like and I had it in Poland afterwards but I can't remember the name.

Contractor. I'm changing everything, shower instead of bath, relocating the toilet and sink. It's not going to be cheap but I'm happy it's happening bc the bathroom is the only thing I didn't renovate when I bought this place.

destroyer of worlds 09-26-2020 01:29 PM

Your memory is great, especially compared to mine. For some reason, I don't remember the drinking that night :lmao: apart from me, Kate and Paula hanging out in the beer garden before that (waiting for your flight to arrive, I think). And still wish that the bus arrangement for the tour wasn't messed up, I really wanted to spend more time with you guys that day but it was all screwed up. :(

Oh, that's exciting. :D It's best to do it all at one go since you can afford to, any bathroom renovations are bound to be messy/requires a lot of cleaning so you only want to do it once, probably. And then, you don't have to touch the bathroom for a long time after that. :D

Karma Police 09-26-2020 01:36 PM

I wish we could have spent more time together too. Next time! Whenever it'll be safe to travel again. :look:

Yes, I cannot wait to have a brand new bathroom. :D

I actually noticed the fringe image under your name and thought to myself that I should give it another try, I think I made it about two to three episodes when it first aired and fell off after that, for whatever reason

Speaking of contractors...we are looking for a house and now we are torn between paying top dollar for one that's move in ready (I don't mean like, millions of dollars top dollar - I mean the top of our budget ) and getting an old one in good shape and re-doing the whole thing. I always told myself I couldn't handle that stress, but the more I think about it the more I'm tempted. I am an interior design freak and the idea of making the place look exactly how I want it is awfully tempting :look:

But living in a construction/mess zone? Ugh I don't know. Bleh.
