I'm used to people skipping episodes so it doesn't bother me.

It’s their prerogative if they want to watch but deliberately doing that will affect the ratings, which annoys me. Anyway, hope that it won’t happen.

Everyone has their reasons for watching a TV series. Sometimes it's just for shipping, sometimes it's for the show as a whole, sometimes it's both.

However, if people are skipping the episode for shipping purposes it's sad because this show is way too good. I am a hardcare Bellarke shipper but I'm also a huge fan of the show. High quality and just so good. Yes, the ratings are important too. I want the show to go on for a couple more years. People skipping episodes will not help the cause. Oh well, hopefully it is just a small group if true. Also, of course the Internet fanbase is not that big (a speck actually) compared to the non-Internet audience that watches. Thinking about this fact helps.

It's very sad if people only want to watch episodes if there is some Bellarke stuff in the episode ... These people are not real The 100 fans for me
Why do they not understand that their ship would not exist without the show.
If they skip episodes, they harm the show and also they harm their ship
But maybe some of these shippers would need more brain to understand all this

I agree that it’s super childish to skip episodes if you do watch for the plot/other characters in general but some people do watch for specific characters and ships, it is what it is. Nothing wrong with that but I’m glad that people here don’t share the same views. Personally, I’m not looking forward to some aspects which I’m sure will be focused on in this episode (the less I say about Becho, the better because I essentially feel the same way about them as I did re: Clexa) but I’m still excited to finally get another episode.

I’ll probably spoil myself for this episode though because I need to be prepared for this one.

While I LOVE this show, and looking forward to a new episode, some storylines I could do without, or just have fleeting focus on them.

It's funny, even though I'm in the NoSpoilerKru, when I get nervous about a specific storyline, it's very tempting to spoil myself to help calm my nerves. But then again, spoilers could just make me feel worse.

As someone who has skipped watching episodes/watching episodes live before and has given up on shows for shipper related reasons, I'm not going to judge others for doing it. Everyone has their reasoning for why they watch a show. If you're no longer enjoying a show, then you should stop watching it.

I also have stopped watching shows, because they have started to bore me
But destroying the ship/show I love with skipping episodes, because my favorite ship is not in the episode ... that doesn't make any sense to me ... sorry
What if the show gets cancelled because of their behavior? Does that help their favorite ship? ... No, it doesn't

Not watching a show isn't harming, destroying, or cancelling a show. One person or one small group of people do not have that much power. It doesn't damage anyone's viewing experience of the show either.
