I actually quite like that dress. Yes, she looks amazing there.
I forgot ... did she say yes or no? I would reckon that she needs to. __________________

Thanks for that, Lisa! I really like the last line about Clarke being the Grounder now. Ooh, how the tables have turned.

So we've been spelling Maddie wrong this whole time? I've been spelling it Madi. Great.
That's my reaction to the script. |

I've been saying Madi all along. Just purely a fluke though.
Question: She's had many ups and downs but how would you rank the seasons for Clarke so far (from best to worst)? X __________________

I think we actually just answered this during the posting challenge. Mine is season two. In fact, I could rank them pretty easily:
Season two - more complex than season one, pretty brave and badass Season four - some bad decisions and moments that frustrated me, but I love the complexity Season one - a little Mary Sue-ish in first few episodes, but she grew on me quickly Season three - I have a solid interpretation of her storyline but it wasn't written as well as it could have been, like many things in season three |

I swear, my memory's the worst. You're right, April so I've amended the question slightly to fit what you answered in the end ... ranking by season. I'll put up my list tomorrow.
The Thumper poster is out and is pretty cool : __________________

1. Season 4 Clarke has sacrificed herself so that the others can survive ... I forgive her the bunker stealing ... she has really thought that Luna wins the conclave and nobody will survive then 2. Season 1 Clarke was such a group thinker and team worker from the beginning 3. Season 2 I like Clarke's determination to save her friends in Mount Weather and her will to make peace with the grounders, but I can't forgive her, that she has not tried to warn the people in TonDC ... I mean, how many people died in TonDC ... 250 when I remember right ... you can't justify it to let 250 people (possibly including Octavia and Kane!) die to save the same amount of people in Mount Weather And then I was so disappointed that Clarke has left her people after the return to Camp Jaha in 2x16... that was really weak, to let her people an Bellamy alone 4. Season 3 I don't like her self-discovery trip in the woods at the beginning then I don't like it, that she stays in Polis after Azgeda has killed so many of her people in Mount Weather from 16 episodes, I like Clarke's story only in 6 episodes (3x11-3x16) in S3 |

Okay, but the gigantic plot hole with Luna in the conclave . . . realistically, there was no way she could win and declare that no one survives. She's one person against thousands. I don't care how much the grounders respect the conclave. When it comes to the survival of the human race, I think they would have taken her out. Plus, Skaikru has plenty of guns. Even if she had won, they could have just . . . popped her. I know that sounds harsh, but it's like, it doesn't matter how good of a fighter Luna is. Ultimately, she's not going to defeat every single person. So Luna is an excuse to me. I don't think Clarke had faith that Octavia could win. In her mind, if she didn't take that bunker, a grounder clan would, OR Luna would win the conclave, chaos would erupt in the aftermath of taking her out, and Skaikru would still likely get screwed out of the bunker.

It's interesting to see your rankings, April and Sonja because mine's different from yours and you guys have different rankings too. Doing mine later. __________________

I understood where Clarke was coming from when she decided to leave at the end of season two as well. I don't blame her for that, really, and it does lead into her season three storyline, which is very much about overcoming pain rather than easing it. Where I grow more frustrated is when she decides to stay in Polis as the ambassador after being out of touch with her people for so many months.

My rankings: 1. Season 1 - She definitely came across as overbearing at times but generally speaking, she was pretty level headed for someone who was thrown into a pressure-filled situation that even adults would have struggled with ... and she had the sensibilities in terms of what the delinquents needed to do to survive. 2. Season 2 - She was fierce and fabulous during this season especially during her scenes in MW but my main issue with her this season was Ton DC. I totally understood why she would have thought that siding with Lexa/the Grounders made sense, but her not doing anything to counter what Lexa wanted to do ... just still doesn't sit well with me and it never will. Taking aside her worry about Bellamy's safety in MW, even. 3. Season 4 - Such mixed feelings about this one and she definitely frustrated me a lot during this season but ultimately, IMO it made sense after all that she's been through. Not excusing her actions but I truly feel that Clarke's goal is always for the greater good (and that came across this season as well too) and that just clouds her judgement about the morality of her actions. I do think that she's finally learned that it's not the right way though, so that's promising. 4. Season 3 - I felt that she was the most ... lost this season than the others, being away from her people for so long and then facing her share of heartbreak and pain didn't help matters. It was just really hard/frustrating to watch her this season ... I was glad to see how her POV changed in the finale but it was a bit of too-little-too-late in terms of her development/journey in this season. __________________

It is spelled Madi, maybe they changed it later?
That's a cool poster for Thumper. Question: She's had many ups and downs but how would you rank the seasons for Clarke so far (from best to worst)? 2. She was enthralling to watch this season...she had so many great moments. She was take-charge, allowed herself to be vulnerable, but was also hard as a rock. 4. While she still seemed a bit 'lost', she found her footing in the end and found a path. We saw in six years that she seems peaceful and confident. 1. We met her here and learned all about her. Probably where most of us learned to love her. 3. She seemed super lost in the beginning of the season...she had some nice moments with Lexa, but overall she just kind of stood around looking lost and sad. The latter half of the season she mostly looked sad, as well. __________________
