1.13 We Are Grounders Pt.2

THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT — Clarke (Eliza Taylor) pleads with Bellamy (Bob Morley) to do the right thing as conflict on the ground comes to a head. Bellamy forces Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) to make a difficult decision. Raven (guest star Lindsey Morgan) and Jasper (Devon Bostick) work against time and Finn (Thomas McDonell) makes a bold move. Meanwhile, the situation on the Ark comes to a stunning conclusion. Paige Turco, Isaiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick and Chris Larkin also star. Dean White directed the episode written by Jason Rothenberg (#113).

wow! I mean wow! I did not expect that ending at all. And where is Bellamy? And Finn? Or Anya for that matter? And I can't even process this yet. I have to say it lived up to my expectations. I teared up a little, I was on the edge of my seat. I was engaged the whole time.

I'm thinking Bellamy and Finn got out. There's no way they died.

I was so relieved to see Monty again. Apparently he was abducted by the Mount Weather Men.

Octavia is off safe with Lincoln.

Clarke and Bellamy, I just need more. Lots more, all the time. He will save them all in S2. Make it so pls.

Sad about Jaha though.

So the mountain people are humans with advanced technology and they bought Clarke and Monty to the Mount Weather Quarantine. I wonder if they will be friend or foe to the Ark people.

I would not be surprised if they tossed them out because they are contaminated with radiation. Everything inside the building was so sterile.

In the meantime we are in suspense about who lives and dies.

basically we don't know what the hell happened to plenty of people...

One thing to keep me going over the summer? Knowing that Clarke wouldn't leave without Bellamy.

Nice quote from Jason saying that Bellamy inspires the masses and that Clarke inspires Bellamy.

Finn/Clarke were UGH as usual!

I love that Clarke said she's pick Raven first.

Jaha freaking SACRIFIED HIMSELF to save The Ark. Great performance by Isaiah Washington. The best in my opinion.

Isaiah did a great job tonight. It had to happen. Jaha was always self sacrificing. And I knew he was going to say he wanted to be with his son. It was a nice endcap to the beginning of the season.

You can treat radiation poising to a certain degree. They look like they might have the medical equipment to do that.

It makes sense that there are all these groups though. I mean if the grounders, who are descendents from regular citizens - I assume - can survive why wouldn't the military? And I do think that's what the mountain men are since they're at Mount Weather.

Yes. The leaders of the world probably went underground and these people are their descendents. I can see Finn & Bellamy going to Lincoln's cave and imploring him to take them to the mountain men's camp. There is a reason Lincoln is afraid of the MM and I bet is is because they use the grounders like lab animals for experiments. I think Monty looked a bit fearful. If the MM had good intentions they would have helped the other people on the ground long ago before they got to the point of being savages.

I could definitely see them using the grounders as lab rats. Anya's reaction showed that whatever they want it's not good.

Yeah I'm thinking Bellamy and Finn are with Lincoln and Octavia. As great as the sibling moment was I think it's other purpose was so that Bellamy could see wear they went.

Right, I wander when we'll meet the leader of the Grounders now that the MM have appeared that's will be another big battle for S2.

And who will the people from the arch meet first?!

I really hope Bellamy and Finn are with Octavia and Lincoln.

So happy that we got to see Monty again.

I want to know more of these mountain men.

Great scenes of Kane, Abby, Bellamy, and Clarke.

What an episode? So much happened. I am so glad I decided to give this show a chance. It's one of the few shows where I love everyone and I can't wait for S2?

I'm hoping for a bellamy/finn friendship? I think they are both okay and I love how Finn tried to save him

I like both boys so much. I think they can learn so much from each other. They could be really interesting friends. I also think when someone saves your life it changes the way you see them.

There is no reason they can't be friends. They would be a great team, and if they are off somewhere together, I can see them bonding over their experience.
