I agree. I made a similar mistake by responding to people who were bashing on my fic. I should have just not said anything. But then again, I’m a fanfic writer who writes for fun, so if I tweet “Don’t read,” that’s less irresponsible than a showrunner tweeting, “Don’t watch.”

I'm surprised he doesn't lose his cool more often, tbh. The amount of pure hatred he gets is staggering, and if people are miserable watching the show then...don't watch.

The ratings went down to 0.2 with 0.86 mio viewers

Not as bad as 5x08, but not as good as 5x09

Not surprised that the ratings went down (based on Twitter reactions) but still sucks.

That Jason tweet though, wow. All the tweets bashing him in the past and he chooses to respond to these specific ones? Telling, TBH.

The person shouldn’t have said it but he shouldn’t have responded either. Unprofessional.

It’s sad that people got disillusioned with the second half of the season and some tuned out

... hopefully the writers can fix some of the problems this season and people regain full faith in the show again.

The finale numbers are good though compared to last season.

I’m a little worried about viewership next season. I think it will be okay, but I don’t anticipate anything like we had for 5x01.

Alright so the premiere got a 0.3 demo, which is fine IMO. If we even care

About 901k viewers.

To be honest, I'm shocked the ratings are even that good considering how this show is treated as far as when it airs, promotion, etc. A bunch of Superhero shows (and Riverdale) are getting around that number too and they don't have to deal with a weird start time, etc.
