This isn’t talked about enough, Bellamy is so in tune with Clarke and how she behaves that he instantly noticed the tapping and that she seemed different in general:

Totally agree with the decision to postpone the IG live, as much as I was looking forward to the conversation. It’s not the right time for it.

Loved that 6x07 moment. I wonder what it would’ve been like for Bellamy if Clarke hadn’t still been in there and if he’d have to live on Sanctum seeing Josephine walking around in her body. Imagine the anguish.

We did get a glimpse into that, Bellamy turning away from Josephine!Clarke when she came to see him in the room. He looked so anguished and in pain, seeing the person he loved but it wasn’t really her.
