I don't them but mostly when they are close to the epilogue? Like even in "canon" fics where they sort of take forever to get together and then naturally they just start being together because...nothing else makes sense, and usually at some point Clarke gets pregnant close to the epilogue or sth, I don't mind that.

It's weird, I prefer Canon, too, yet this fic I'm writing is Modern AU. :shrug: But I think the characters are going to have a LOT in common with their canon characters--I tried to make sure of that, so . . . we'll see. :)

There are many AU fics. I used to read tons of them at some point :lol:

And most of them were IC, and I loved how Bellarke would fight in the beginning and everybody else was just "Just sleep with each other and get it over with". :lol:

I often love the way the other characters are portrayed in Bellarke fics, particularly Raven. And Jasper's always a huge Bellarke shipper in fics, probably because Devon's the OG Bellarke shipper in real life. :lmao:

Yeah that always works for me. And usually they have Lincoln/Octavia and Monty/Miller as the happy side ships and all together they are 100% done with Bellarkes bull**** :lol:

I agree. Most often she is the best written character. Probably coz snarkiness translates well? :lol: Some have good Jasper/Monty interaction and the whole sort of Bell and Clarke as the dad/mom dynamic ;) And yes, a looot of them have the 'everyone knows' theme going :lmao:

yeah exactly. And in canon fics I like the ones where Bellarke just naturally progress into a relationship because they work together and they lead their people together, and at some point it just happens. :love:

Kate, EVERYBODY KNOWS! Whether it's on the show or in fics . . . literally everybody.

I like those, too, because it just seems like . . . it just seems to me like this is the most likely and natural way for it to happen in the show, too, but . . . heck, I could be wrong.

and yeah I do think it could end up like this on the show :nod: Unless they want to make them kiss and say ILY at some point without being in a relationship, which would be better for "drama" :lol:

Oh yes. I mean me and a friend make fun of the "platonic" thing for some other of our ships too, because it's ridiculous. "Platonic" basically means we are in love but we need an excuse to not admit it :lol:
