Every time I get my hair cut, I go in with the intention of getting bangs and back out because I'm afraid I won't be able to pull them off. One of these days I need to take the plunge and just do it.

id start off with longer bangs just in case you don't like them, they'll still be long enough to pin them back til they grow out.

Seeing Joys haircut made me want to chop my hair off too! I've been trying to grow mine out for years though, only problem is that once it gets to a certain length the ends just get so bad that I have to cut way more than I want for my hair to be healthy again so then I just give up and cut it short. I need to resist temptation

I kind of want to go back to cutting it like Joy has it now...I loved when it would flip out in the ends

Gaga's new video was released. I know people aren't fond of her but I absolutely love this song. The video though...at least the intro was...yeeeaaaah. Let's just say seeing something come out of a womans lady business has always made me cross my legs to all the mothers out there that have gone through it... I get what she was doing there, but at the same time I couldn't helpt that look of disgust even if I'm in public right now

I know I'm the one that always says I'm gonna cut my hair off and never do it. But this time I said it and did it and that says a lot as I'm as we all know the biggest procrastinator ever!!

Did you guys end up watching the Oscars?! Wow horrible! I usually watch for the opening number. But that was boring. They really were bland I ended up turning them off and turned them back on at the end to see who would win best actress/actor/movie ....which besides Natalie Portman I really didn't care. I mean and seriously Anne Hathaway and that Franco guy...yawn! I much rather have a Billy Crystal or Stever Martin host for now on!

So my nephew ended up giving me a cold too!! Booo!! Haven't been sick since Thanksgiving was doing so well then one damn kid coughs on me and its all over with!

I didn't watch the Oscars either. The only movie that I saw that was nominated was The Social Network so I wasn't really interested in seeing them. I heard they sucked though

So once again it's that time of the year were I have that fantasy/dream of the day Shiri wins an Academy Award. I am completely jealous of Anne Hathaway and Amy Adams who Shiri has worked with. Shiri is as good if not better then both of them. At least in my opinion. Next year Shiri and Steve Martin should host.

I am also still bitter thatone of my favorite bands Counting Crows lost for best song (Accidentally in love) from Shreck 2. Can anyone name the song that won that year? AIL was a smash hit and still gets played on the radio today. Grrr!!!

The Oscars were a snore fest. They were so boring. I am little biased towards Billy Crystal because he grew up in my home town but he was a favorite host of mine.

I ended up watching a great Knicks/Heat Basketball game.

Well, I hadn't seen any of the nominated films but I still watched the entire Oscars show. I just love the movies, and seeing everyone all dressed up - the glitz, the glamour. I love both Anne and James. They are both cute and talented (Anne has a really great voice, if you saw her little musical number). But I do admit it was a little bland, and some of the jokes fell flat. I know it's gotten a lot of bad reviews, but I wouldn't call it "horrible." I know I certainly couldn't do a better job, so it's hard for me to criticize - and that crowd has to be the TOUGHEST crowd to perform for!

I was so excited for Natalie! I love her, and from what I've seen of her performance in Black Swan, she TOTALLY deserved it.

And I was also rooting for Colin Firth. I have loved him since I first saw him as Mr. Darcy in BBC's "Pride and Prejudice." He will always be Mr. Darcy for me. He is just so funny, charming, and humble. I'm so happy for him! I HAVE to go see "The King's Speech" now.

I think I'm coming down with a cold. Hopefully it'll be gone by next week (Spring Break). One of my friends, from high school, who I'm hoping to hang out with, has a 7-month-old, and I don't want to get him sick.
