Like I said in the Valentina Barella thread...there won’t be a Season 2; ABC has pulled the plug on The Mayor (low ratings against The Mick and the second half of This Is Us have no doubt killed the show) with the remaining episodes in question.

The finale would’ve seen Courtney Rose facing a recall election which he lost, with his rival Ed Gunt (David Spade) being elected the new mayor of Fort Grey.
