It's also about being ready to accept help, I know I need it but there's still a small part of my that doesn't want it __________________

Love the new title!  Mya, I can relate. It took me a long time to finally really want help 100%. Even when I had hit rock bottom, I thought I didn't deserve help. Then I grabbed myself a shovel and dug myself a deeper bottom. Eventually you'll get there, ready to accept the help that you more-than-deserve.  __________________

 I was on a list for some sort of eating disorder specialist therapy but the service changed and I think they forgot about me...I just haven't reminded them. I need to but meh...I don't want to__________________

Ah, if the service changed, then there's a likelihood that you're not the only one. A lot probably got lost in that black hole.

I'm feeling really super negative today
 you know one of those days where you feel like nothing is ever going to get any better and what's even the point of everything. My mom has a cold and she's extra annoying when she's sick, we just had an argument because yesterday she insisted tonight we had dinner at the table but when I asked her just now what we were going at eat she said 'well I'm not up to cooking' so rather than telling me earlier so I could have gone to the store and found something I'm comfortable eating she's decided she's make fries from the freezer so I told her I'd rather just not eat if that's what she was making, she got annoyed so now I'm in my room in the dark with the door closed feeling miserable, happy freaking new year.__________________

No, we haven't really done much shopping so it's all left over from Christmas, I half a bowl of soup and some brown rice at lunchtime so it's not like I've eaten nothing.
I'm just so disappointed that the new year won't be starting as I wanted it to __________________
