Yeah, I'm sure there were scenes that weren't in the book, which kind of annoyed me because there's no need to add scenes that weren't already there, especially when the whole movie was trying to fit half a book in it.

I was so upset when the final battle in HBP didn't happen. It was mostly just Harry running after Snape.

I'm tempted to read all the books over christmas, I've only read the first 3 and some of the people I live with are hardcore HP fans and keep on talking about the books, I generally get confused when they do that

Honestly, I've only read the last 3. I was thinking of at least reading PoA cause it's where we meet Lupin, but I haven't got there yet. About 3 Christmases ago my sister bought me the entire collection

Neither of you have read the whole set??? You must! Prisoner of Azkaban is one of my favourites but Order of Pheonix IMO trumps the whole lot, You guys should read the series as one

You have to! I mean do you know how many awesome moments you've missed? The movies are crap for showing the awesome scenes to their fullest but there's so many moments in them that make the books what they are.
