I noticed that too when I was reading that final bit, it was just so fitting to make it a full circle considering how it ended. I just wish they would have had a chance, I felt for Lochan the most throughout the whole book, I loved Maya of course, but I think because of the stuff Lochan is always going through, and how things start to unravel towards the end, he was why I was on the verge of tears all the time.

The whole family were just beautifully written, you want them to have the life they should have had. I was hoping for someone to help them, they were so good on their own but Maya and Lochan lost out on their whole childhood and I just wanted them to have time of their own back, and for the whole family to be stable again

Lochlan was definitely the character I could connect with more. Same as you, he was the reason I actually cried.

I agree they were all written beautiful. They all seemed quite realistic. Kit definitely. I really couldn't help but feel so sorry for him at the end. He tried to hard to be grown up but was still such a child

Yeah, I connected with him so well, from the first page, especially with everything with their mother, I think there were so many things go against him, that I felt this overwhelming support, I really couldn't stop myself loving him more and more from each page, I cried at the end because it was so sad.

I definitely agree, they were all, especially Kit realistic. I think the ended was sad, he had made a rash decision and you see him regret it in an instant and become the child rather than the grown up, the same for the epilogue, he was still a child. I felt for Kit as well, all the resentment he must have had in him, it was too much for him I think. They all had to deal with so much, even Willa and she was only a little girl, it spoke for how well the author wrote the characters.

I can honestly say I think it's money well spent, I think you'll really fall for it. Sorry about the wasted money

Which reminds me, today is the day I FINALLY get to sign off the job centre, I got myself a job blud, which means you'll probably have a little less of me but that's good, you miss what you can't have

And I agree about the book, I can't wait to read it, I'm sure it will be worth it

I'll only be gone for like 25-30 hours of the week and it's for 6 months so I'll still be online, just not at noon as I usually am and just at night I think, or morning if I can get up, but people usually post at night

I think it is watched over sea's but it's hard for people to find the episodes so I don't think so much really.

It's not really such a popular soap to be watched as much overseas but I still watch it, it's like a soap I will bitch about but still watch, I'm happy with Calvin being gone, I never liked his character at all, I wanted Carmel with Russ, NONE of my ships work out on this damn show ;lol:!!

Me either, I told my mom about it today and she was like 'yeah, I know what you mean, it's like this Indian soap when the dad catches his son on top of the girl next door because he fell off a ladder and things they were beign intimate' I didn't really get what the link was to be honest
