argh, when i was sending my application my email kept failing, so i think it send it twice.

Where are you again? Did you get messed up by GMT?
The deadline was 12 noon GMT, which for me (US east coast) was 8 am (I'm GMT-4 in summer, GMT-5 in winter).
If not, I'd PM whoever told you that you were late and explain when you sent it. It can't hurt.

i'm at -3 GMT, so the deadline would actually be 9 am here, i guess? idk, because i was trying to send it ever since i got to work, at 8 am, but my email was going all crazy, so i don't really know at what time the message was sent. maybe it did end up going after the deadline.

i did do that already, not because i thought it would change anything, but just to explain myself. but that's totally okay, rules are rules.
