Lindsey's trailer to be more exact, since most of the spooning is probably done there. After all it is Ethan that comes over to her trailer not vice versa.

They like going over to each other's trailers during filming. It just so they can hang out and talk about stuff.

^^ That's b/c she's the good one in all of this!!! She has to keep up appearances ok? Wouldnt look cool for her to sneak into his trailer. Hence he sneaks into hers
