Friends Analyse this! #1 : An episode a day keeps the doctor away
 Analyse this! Welcome to this thread everyone  The idea behind this is really simple  We watch one episode a day and then we come and discuss it here. It will be a good way to see what other people think of that episode and maybe find out if you got all the jokes. You can discuss all aspects of the episode in this thread. Everday a new episodes gets picked (suggestions are always welcome). |

The first episode we will analyse is
Pilot (TOW Monica gets a roommate) This is the one where it all began ... Rachel leaves Barry at the altar, meets the gang, and moves in with Monica. Ah, yeah as I already said this is a great thread idea
It's great to talk about the Friends ep, the jokes, storyline and everything  I wanted to ask how we choose what ep to discuss ? May be we could start at the beginning of one of the seasons and then we continue with the following episodes  Anyway, I have to go now but I will probably back later to discuss about TOW the stain __________________

Aw this was a great episode! looking back on The Pilot , it odd since it was 10 years go and you see how different they were. But it's also amazing to see how much they have grown and changed. And who they are with. Right from the beginning every 'Friend' was hilarious. It felt like it wasn't the pilot and that you knew these characters for years

I don't think the pilot is all that good. I may be biased as a Chandler fan cause he doesn't have that much to do in it.

I like the pilot. it's a great episode and the chemistry between the 6 actors is so there!

I really liked the Pilot too! We get to know all the characters, their humor, the situation they're in at that moment (For instance Ross getting divorced, Rachel leaving Barry at the altar..) It was really funny at times too! (Like Arn0 pointed out already)
Overall conclusion: I LOVED IT! __________________
