Intertwining stories exploring the bad in the best of us and the good in the worst of us. Against the backdrop of a child abduction case we follow five days in the life of the single parent detective assigned to the case, her best friend whose determination to get pregnant keeps her from confronting her husband's infidelity, a school teacher and his obsession with the missing child that pushes him to the edge of vigilantism, a beat cop grieving over the violent death of his wife, a recovering addict and her wheel chair bound brother preparing for the LA marathon, and a self-loathing African American TV writer's search for love.

I'm still trying to dig up all the bits of news we've gotten for this movie. I know there was the synopsis, the video montage, some movie stills and the release date. I hope I'm not forgetting anything. Once I have found everything I'll list it in the OP. :)

And I came back to find the premiere date already out! December 2, finally. The announcement text says "nationwide release" - great news. :D

I am still unsure about the coloring of the font. Should I maybe change it to something a little bit darker? :look:

I was ecstatic when I saw that because I totally didn't expect it. A couple of months ago, I had already resigned myself to the movie going straight to DVD. :lol: And now I find myself hoping for an actual movie premiere. How fast things can change. :D

:nod: It's definitely going to cinema, but no telling yet how many cinemas will be carrying it. I actually wouldn't mind Liz shooting some more movies, especially when she's on a TV show that only keeps her occupied for 3 or 4 months. Like 1 movie per year would be nice. :)

Yeah, that's her. She's the wife of Dane Cook's character Ryan, who appears to be the most central character in the story. I could be wrong about the 'most central' part though. :lol:

I hope you're right because that would mean more Liz scenes :yay:

I am not very familiar with Dane Cook, but I know that he seems to have many haters. I hope that isn't going to backfire on Liz in a very mean and unfair way (e.g. Razzie awards). :look:
