100th Episode

THE 100th EPISODE: FLASHBACKS TO KATHERINE’S EARLY LIFE — As she faces a new crisis, Katherine remembers the traumatic night in 1490 when she gave birth to the daughter who was immediately taken from her. Stefan lets Elena, Caroline and Bonnie know that Katherine’s health has taken a turn for the worse, while Damon, Matt and Jeremy discuss some of Katherine’s most notorious moments. Nadia comes up with a frightening plan to protect her mother, and Stefan and Elena are forced to help her. Meanwhile, Caroline is mortified when she realizes she forgot to fill Elena in on the latest shocking gossip, then indulges in a little scandalous behavior of her own. Finally, Elena and Katherine share an unexpected moment of connection.

Everyone thought that was predictable right? I'm sure we all could have guessed that ending about five minutes into the episode? I'm really, really disappointed. I feel like the episode focused too much on Katherine and didn't pay enough tribute to the other relationships/characters. Stefan/Elena didn't have an emotional scene, Damon/Elena didn't either, the girls didn't, the brothers luckily sort of had one. And the Klaus/Caroline scene felt completely out of no where. I'm disappointed, sigh.

oh me too hun, but I loved matt/rebekah. only good part of the episode imo.

I like Katherine but that was a lot of Katherine. A LOT of Katherine for the 100th episode of the show. I know they were trying to say that Katherine kind of changed everyone's life, even if it was in bad ways but I agree, I feel like an 100th episode should have a healthy dose of everyone. The guest appearances were super cool though but so quick! AUNT JENNA!! FINALLY!! Except not really her but Sara Canning at least.

The producers really wanted us to believe that this was it for Katherine and that's why the focus was on her. They even made it a star studded event. I enjoyed the fact that they brought back some of the old characters.
I want to know one thing. Because Caroline and klaus had sex,does this mean they'll never get together again? Cuz that's gonna suck for me. I really,really want them to be together. I don't like this vow they made with each other. Like I promise not to ever come back if you confess. That's ridiculous. I hope they find a way to get those two together. Like she goes to New Orleans and tells him that she needs him or something grandiose like that. I can't live in a world where klaroline doesn't exist .

This episode sucked major.Klaus and Caroline is the worst idea ever next to Delena.Caroline's in love with Tyler still and Stefan is in love with Elena.The writers are major idiots.

This episode was awesome either way, but I can't help but feel like they ruined it by having the traveler spell work in Elena's body.

Tyler's presence...was beyond awkward.

I hate Klaroline because I hate Klaus, but they do have a connection. I think once the show ends,they may have her go to NOLA. I mean, she and Tyler aren't even together anymore.

I had hoped Stefan would say he loved Katherine or vice-versa,but now I'm glad they didn't. It should have been my first clue,but I figured that they were tired of writing Katherine, so they had her age. A redeemed death would have been nicer than the way it's probably going to end.

I wish Elijah hadn't been an illusion.

The rest was awesome, especially Matt/Rebekah. Part of me wanted to laugh when Caroline acted silly about Bonnie and Jeremy having sex, but I wound up rolling my eyes, b/c he's not "little" and hasn't been for awhile.

I was surprised he was the only Original to not actually come to Mystic Falls. Elijah coming makes more sense than Rebekah.

KC was the only think I liked about the show... I think for once I can agree with Jp about is how they bulit these two up and to me it just seems it was left as tease not neccesarily and ending.

Stefan Salvatore continues to prove why he is absolutely it for me on this show. He is so flawless!!!

The rest... blah, blah, blah... The Stelena scenes were interesting, but I don't need the writers pushing Stefan to become a DE cheerleader.. it's GROSS.. especially considering how Damon treated the SE relationship and considering how he has treated his little brother

Just keep Stefan far away from the utter diaster that is Damon/DE!!

This episode was ok, but not upto expectations.
Had so many expectations from Klaroline, and it turned out to be just fanservice.
Stefan again on the worst end of stick. He tries to forgive Katherine and support her and Katherine jumps into Elena's body to survive. Had so many hopes for epic Steferine end. There it goes.
Damon being weird and unbelievably ruthless. He's a lost cause.
