TVD Episode 5x07: Death and The Maiden Discussion. Airs November 14th

Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) shows up at Caroline’s dorm room, searching for Katherine. After a surprising conversation with Amara, Jeremy and Bonnie share a glimmer of hope. Silas fails to keep a promise, causing Damon to turn to Tessa (guest star Janina Gavankar) for help with his new plan, and Stefan makes a heartbreaking confession to Damon and Elena. I'm going to bet Amara dies. Again. Only to resurrect in a couple of episodes after Bonnie and Jeremy die again. |
Tessa is a crappy ancestor - why wouldn't she tell Bonnie the consequences of her becoming the anchor? I guess because she wanted to "win" but geez, she didn't have to be so mean about it when telling Bonnie.

Hi :wave: I normally don't catch the show but saw the final 10 min to see all the doubles /doppelgängers die !! I have seen enough to understand .. Did the actors get tired if playing 2 roles ..

That was a great episode. I can't believe Amara, Silas, Tessa is over in 7 episodes. I loved the interactions between Silas and Amara. It was epic, the last Romeo Juliet style thing.

Let's face it, this show is about Stephan, Elena, and Damon. A few extras along the way like Bonnie, Jeremy and Caroline are added to increase the flavor. Then everyone else just pops in for an episode or two, are not developed at all and are sucked dry then discarded into the garbage can of the dead.
Maybe this show needs a procedural, some new story in each episode that does not connect with the soap opera going on. Rant over. Phew that felt good. So Amara was not wacko, only hearing and seeing dead people. I enjoyed her for the few epi's she was in. In my mind I will think that Amara and Silas are together at last in the afterlife that is filled with Elena and Stephan dopplegangers of different names. That said, maybe there will be another Stephan doppleganger who shows up with another name that is truely meant for Katherine or Elena. Whatever. I felt bad that Nadia was dissed by Katherine so bad this epi after making that nice connection two episodes ago. This would have been an interesting story to develope. Oh well. I'm still watching this show. |
STEFAN :bawl::hug::love::in_love: Oh gah.. my heart hurts so much for my Stefan. JUST LET ME LOVE ON HIM :love: I just wanted to give him cuddles and kisses and affection :thud::thud: He is sooo precious.
Silas being dead :rant: Don't get rid of the funny... Silas was awesome.. he and his awesome humour and awesome self will be missed!! Silas and Amara.. oh be still my heart :in_love: Seems like I am 'destined' to just love all the dopplergangers together :rotfl: Paul and Nina are amazing.. so damn good and their chemistry.. WOWZA :thud: Stefan and Elena scenes... Elena GTFO!! She annoyed me heavily in this episode. I wanted to bang her head against a brick wall a few times (she's a vampire she can handle it :P:lol:) Tessa killing herself :woot: Good riddance.. I enjoyed her chem with Paul.. but she hurt Stefan and that is unacceptable in my eyes :nono: Bonnie being back.. :yay::woot::yay::woot: Bonnie feeling every supernatural death... BOOOOOO!!! She just can't catch a freaking break :nono: |
