TVD Episode 4x09: O Come, All Ye Faithful Discussion. Airs December 13th
http://24.media.tumblr.com/c241eceb2...txpzo1_500.jpg A WINTER WONDERLAND IN MYSTIC FALLS — As a Winter Wonderland-themed party fills the streets of Mystic Falls, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice Accola) find themselves at odds with Tyler (Michael Trevino) over his plans for Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and his hybrids. When Caroline proposes a solution to their problem, Hayley (guest star Phoebe Tonkin) finds a dramatic way to make it clear that she is not on board. Later, Klaus makes a discovery that leads to chaos and violence. Meanwhile, Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon retreat to the Gilbert Lake House to help Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) conquer some dangerous inner demons with the help of Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Professor Shane (guest star David Alpay), who reveals a piece of ancient history that leaves them all speechless. Elena have no words sire or no I really dislike her story as a vampire story I really wish they never turned her to be honest it just all over the place...
I feel like the writers are just simply trying to just downplay SE to me and it came across as though especially when they are having Elena being so indifferent by it... I hate that..... Klaus well I have no words for him... Like JOMO but yeah I no words on him killing Carol.. Tyler is going to be devasted. Stefan asking Caroline "How close did they get" was hurtful and although he asked I always knew that Elena was never going to tell Stefan the truth because of how indfferent she is to him now. |
I think a lot of Elena's indifference can be attributed to the sire bond, but the problem is - if they write it decently - even once she is herself again, I think what is going on now is going to seriously change the SE relationship permanently. I definitely believe they'll be together again at some point, but the hurtful things that are happening and being said won't be able to be taken back...it (the SE ship)has definitely left the innocent, untouched, high school puppy love romance stage. When they go back to SE eventually, it'll be a different animal, and frankly, I'm a bit relieved. I like relationships with baggage more anyway.
If it isn't written properly, it'll just hurt SE, and not in a beneficial way. |

April finally pulled the dagger out of Rebekah. Stefan found out about Elena and Damon from Caroline. I still think that April has a part to play with jeremey becoming a vampire hunter. |
i seriously have no words for klaus,so sad about carol and tylers gonna be devasted
i didnt like how hayley treated her wolf friends,she lead them to their death can't believe april knows the truth and gonna help bek :) I hope tylers gonna be okay stefan asking caro about DE was so hurtful,heartbreaking to watch i got a lil teary towards the end,can't believe its on hiatus saw the promo for next epi,looks good |
I was soooo hoping that Klaus wouldn't kill Carol, but I knew he would. I can't bring myself to dislike Klaus though.
I want Jeremy to dagger Damon & Elena. All of the other vamps can stay alive. I just really can't stand those 2. Poor Stefan. I hope he and Elena never get back together. I actually used to kind of like S&E (compared to D&E at least), but her sleeping with his brother crossed a line that they shouldn't be able to come back from. They will get back together eventually of course because the triangle of suck will never die! Yay, Rebekah is back. And it looks like the others will be back too. I miss Elijah. |
This episode....I've got no words. Lots of drama! But it was very good, though.

In no way was Caroline justified in her actions. She needs to stop being judgmental and stick her damn nose where it simply does not belong.
Suffice to say the writers are ruining D&E for the shippers. Why is this happening? Now Elena seems so desperate. I thought it was made clear that the FEELINGS HAD TO BE THERE for the sire bond occur, yet everyone seems to be ignoring that little fact and treating Elena like a love struck zombie without a control. The only, only person in this episode I can honestly say I liked was Tyler and this is coming from someone who's never paid much attention to him. I'm slightly torn between liking and not liking Klaus. *Sigh* Can Elijah just come back and kick ass? Thanks. |
Caroline is a buy body. There was no need to tell Stefan that Elena and Damon had sex.
I felt sorry for Damon when he sent Elena away. I like them together. I hope she fight for him though. Klaus killing Carol was a shock. I was hoping that April would find Rebekah. Can't wait for her to take the dagger out. I am so looking forward to January. |
