idrc if she knew or not, i wasnt even really serious. i was annoyed that the conversation took place, but i dont really blame her for it.

I guess Rose will end up offering some distraction for him, not the actual shutting down of his emotions. She offered something she didn't follow. She cared about Trevor and Damon knows it. I still like her though, so I'm biased.

And not enough Ian's body there. If they get a chick other than Elena to actually make out with Damon the least they can do is to give us some scenes... that's the only thing acceptable :P

The SE and SC scenes were fantastic and they were the best things about this episode.
And if I have to hear about Damon's love for Elena one more time :puke: Like enough already, I get it, he loves her. Stop shoving it down my throat :rolleyes:

Loved Elena in this episode so much. She's struggling and she's trying to deal...she wont always make the best choices, but she's so brave and selfless!!

I actually thought DR would be hotter than they were. :shrug:

And we always hear about Stefan loving Elena...so I dont see why hearing about it from Damon is a problem. :lol:

I really loved the episode. Nina was an absolute rockstar; I can only imagine how difficult it must be to act the vast majority of an episode opposite yourself.

I loved Stefan and Caroline's scene; it is so nice to watch him interact with her. I feel like because he isn't constantly worried about protecting her, like he is Elena, he relaxes and is much more himself. Caroline is one of my favorites, always.

I love backstories and background information so that's probably part of why I enjoyed it so much. Katherine is such an interesting character. She's selfish and manipulative and constantly thinks of no one but herself, but then she was also just a pawn in a bigger plan she was powerless against, and so it is difficult to imagine she could have turned out any other way, struggling to stay hidden for so many years.

I'm not entirely sure yet how I feel about Rose - I think it's good that Damon and Stefan talk to other vampires, because it's clear that other vamps know much more than they do, and her hookup with Damon didn't really bother me. Damon's had some rough times and so if she is a nice distraction then I suppose that's just fine :lol:

I feel bad for Jeremy. I realize that Bonnie is always rightfully excited to meet other witches/warlocks, but Jeremy always gets the short end of the stick.

I thought they would actually show more of the action but they really didn't. Damon and Katherine got more in 2x01.

Stefan\Caroline were so cute in this episode! I think I remember someone saying once that Stefan prob. thinks of Caroline like he did Lexi, personality wise.

Me too! Do you think Luca knows his father is working either for or with Elijah? Or are they in it together?

I don't know if Luka knows but I definitely think he has ulterior motives. He was way too eager to share his life story with Bonnie.

I thought it was odd that she sensed something when she touched Luka but not when she shook hands with Jonas. They did shake hands, right? Or am I imagining things? :lol:

lol true i guess if i had to chose jonas is more interesting than luka! :lol: i'm not a bryton fan to begin with! :lol: that is a good question if luka is in on this plan too? i'm thinking not because he prob doesn't want luka to be used at the witch for this plan.

She was so amazing! I loved the insight into Katherine and I loved how brave and confident Elena was. I LOLed when she told Stefan she knew where the school was :lol: And then my heart broke for her when she was crying with Stefan, saying everything was all her fault. Nina rocked it.
