I feel annoyed with the fact that we are now going into episode 6 and still no interactions between Josh and Davina. I get she was on the run and also Josh wasn't allowed in the FQ, but damn ever hear of a phone?

And the thing is, the majority of their scenes last year were either together, or separate but actively doing something/working for the other. So its weird to me that its radio silence now.

It's completely weird. I get that they want to establish these characters more on their own because last season Davina had the support system of Marcel and Josh. Now she's basically on her own and attempting to trust Koleb. Josh is now becoming a more prominent character - we're learning more about him aside from liking club music and being gay. It's great to see how he's struggling to find a purpose/reason to fight and knowing Aiden might help him discover the warrior inside himself.

I really want them to have scenes together, but it's great seeing them being established (especially Josh) outside of their friendship and as "real" people.

I'm happy about that too, especially where Josh is concerned. I'm really happy they're taking the time to develop him and give him a romance (and additionally really happy they're not going to retcon route and giving him a boyfriend).

And if I haven't said it enough, I am so glad we get to explore a friendship dynamic on this show that won't be forced into some awful romance or love triangle.

I seriously need to see them interact again. And soon. This was one of the only relationships I cared for during S1, and the writers know many loved their scenes/friendship so I dunno.
