It's interesting to see Jeremy's reaction to Anna when she and Vicki come back as ghosts in Season 3. You really see the difference in his infatuation with Vicki and his love for Anna.
I definitely feel that Anna was his greatest love  he only chooses Bonnie when all other options are gone permanently.Plus, he has a chance to get rid of Anna simply by refusing to think about her, and he admits that he can't and doesn't want to let her go.   __________________

They were the real deal. Would have loved to have seen them reunited in Season 4 when Jeremy came back as a ghost.__________________

It was very telling that Vicki appeared to Matt in S3 and Anna appeared to Jeremy.
Really defined what the writers saw as the truest love for Jeremy in the show. __________________
