IMO that storyline could be really interesting. Maybe Abby becomes a ripper and Bonnie has to stop her. That would be a very complicated situation and it could lead to some great Bonnie emotional scenes.

Okay, I am confused.

A few people pointed out that they believe that when Damon actually said "You know what she would choose." he was meaning Bonnie, not Elena and that was a direct link to the conversation between Bonnie and Damon in 'Last Dance' , as both 2.18 and 3.15 were episodes written from the same person.

Whether this is true or not, I wonder if the fact both episodes presented similiar situations and explicit parallels and were written by the same person actually means the show is pursuing a certain direction where Bonnie is concerned.

Maybe they will really have Bonnie go rogue, because those hints when put in relation to each other seem they might indicate something.

I like both ships but I think Elijah is probably the only vampire who could interest Bonnie because he's very moral and he seems to be in control all the time.

I really love the Kol/Bonnie graphics and like Maurice said they are pretty popular ... but I think the pairing which would make the most sense is probably Finn/Bonnie (after what we learned last episode).
But after they cut his hair I think he looks really old and would probably be a better match for Abby.
Elijah would be my second choice but I think he is too much invested in Elena. But at least I have my fanfictions

I think Nelly´s speculation about Abby being a very reckless and bloodthirsty vampire might become true because first of all I don´t see Abby being involved with MF after the Originals incident and the writers have a record of killing parental figures ... I think in season 6 every character is a orphan.

And second of all I think we didn´t see the last of Esther and I have a feeling that if this whole White Oak Tree investigation fails they will come back to her ritual. And as far as we know Esther is powerless and she needs the Bennetts, what is if they want or because of Abby´s behaviour they have to kill her. Abby would be dead ... and the line is restored and they could repeat the ritual but this time only turning them human and we go with this in the next season.

I'm pretty sure they were talking about Elena. The conversation in 2.18 happened between Damon and Bonnie, and Stefan wasn't involved while they both had conversations with Elena where she repeatedly said she'd rather die for the people she loves than lose them.

There are so many ways for this story to go bad. I wish the writers hadn't made this decision because I really don't think they can handle. This is something that should change the groups dynamic forever (Bonnie's mom will never be human again so it will always be a fact that after everything she did for Stefan and Damon, since they benefited every single time she protected Elena, they sold her down the river), but I don't think they'll follow through. I think, at most, they'll treat this like an arc. The only part that should be an arc is dark!Bonnie, not her feelings towards Stefan and Damon.

Michael Narducci, the writer of 3.15, created a great setup. He followed through on a lot of the stuff he set up in 2.18 such as Damon saying he'd always choose Elena over Bonnie and Stefan caring more about how Elena was reacting to Bonnie's death than the fact that Bonnie herself had died, but there are too many writers who can mess up the follow-through. I wish he was writing this whole storyline, lol. Rebecca Sonnenshine is writing episode 17 which is the next one I think will feature Bonnie (I won't believe she's in 3.16 until I see her), and she wrote Bonnie well in Ghost World, and she wrote great stuff in Our Town (where Bon called Elena out). As for the following episodes? Who knows. This show hasn't handled conflict between the characters well since Sheila died and Bonnie reacted. After that, everyone's gotten over death and whatever anger they feel in about 3 episodes.

*Sigh.* I'm not excited about this storyline. The only way it can go well is if they give us dark!Bonnie, and I really can't say for certain if they're committed to that.

They missed out on making her dark after the grams death, doubt they'll go that route now.

I agree. A lot of people didn't like it but I thought it was great. It was good to have a character who didn't like vampires very much and tried to bring some sense to the group.

I agree with rewitched post if the next episodes would have been written by Narducci or even Sonnenshine I would think they could pick this sl up because they know how to write Bonnie ... the problem is I don´t have that much faith in the other writers.


Btw I saw some promo pics of Candice, where are Kat ones? Because I know they had a shoot together and I just want to know if I missed something.

I also read somewhere that Kat mentioned in an interview that Bonnie is going to be up on Elena's face. I can't wait!
