I think he's one of the most popular characters in the book series and with Ian playing him in the show..it's a no brainer. the man will be sexy

Yeah I think it's more Ian than Damon at the moment, but I think that will change as the show airs.

can't it be both? I loved him from the promos. and the books...and I find Ian sexy...so...

I mean I know he'll be burtal in the show I'm expecting it. I'm expecting to hate him so much that i'll end up loving him.

I'm sure it is, but I mean not everyone has read the books, so I think the main draw at the moment is more that Ian's playing an evil vamp.
