Me too. I like what I see so far and it would be great for the brothers to have a new 'friend' without all the baggage of the MF gang.

I'm not ready to let go :no: there's no more parents except for Bonnie's mom and she was barely there in the first place. Liz has been there since first season. I'm gonna miss her dynamic with Damon and Caroline especially. It was funny when I re-watched S2 recently and they weren't quite getting along yet. By the end of the season though, Liz accepted Caroline for who she was and they've been amazing mother-daughter pairing every since.

I'm inconsolable, her death was really heartbreaking bc it was so "human", no possibility to come back, so "ordinary", and bc of this so much more intense :bawl: :bawl: Never got so emotional, for any other deaths in this show :no: :bawl:

Guess it could be so :shrug: Or maybe it's not really 1903, and she just keep counting years, but was trapping before :look: Guess I desperately want her to be human/witch and not a vampire, I'd take everything instead of the last :lmao: :lol: If she "died"... let's say in in 1858 plus or minus, and she was still around when he sons turned into a vampire (she has pics of them in 1864, Damon has his uniform) she could still be a human/witch :nod: Otherwise, she is a vampire for sure, but then why she was away from her sons all those years?!? :shrug: They would have been happy to knwo she was alive :(

I see :nod: Another vampire would be repetitive ;) Human or not, she decided to fake her death or was forced to do so and didn't contact her family for at least six years. I'm excited for this storyline but it saddens me that Mama Salvatore could be evil, we already had Giuseppe filling the role of "horrible parent" :(

Could be that she was forced to do so by someone or some event :shrug: Maybe Giuseppe sent her away bc of her nature or what she became and she feared to put her sons into danger if she had returned :( No mother would leave her own children alone that way without a good reason :nono: Unless you're Isobel :rolleyes:

Maybe not "evil"per se, maybe just broken inside to the point she decide not to feel :( She spent at least 110 years alone trapped in that AU prison, this change people :( :shrug:
