Every since it was announced that we may lose the board, I knew that wouldn't be the same without the board. Which is why I am willing to fight for the board, one moderator has already decided leave while the other moderator said she is leaving come the finale for TO. I am still willing to fight for the board where I wish to give July a chance to see what we can do to move the board forward, once TO finishes - I will make my decision on if the board is worthy to be saved by applying to take over the board

Board Guide - When the boards merged regarding TVD|TO, the guide was just thrown together and my opinion is that it is disorganized - it may just be my OCD but my plan in July is to redo the entire the board guide. I put this on this list because I want opinions regarding Art & Games which are my first focus where more will come. I feel that those are duplicates and I have the opinion of wanting to close all Art|Game threads in order to start right from #1 again without having 1 for TVD and 1 for TO but a combined and just 1 thread instead of the doubles

Board Name - I feel that some unofficial discussion has been had about renaming the board and I feel strongly that it would be a good idea. My idea is affilated to Vampire Diaries Franchise. Associated to opening it to the fact that we do have 2 shows and a 3rd on the one. Speaking of Legacies - another unofficial discussion has been had about how it should just be included in the board where the Fall TV Show Poll will be soon and I feel that maybe we should just not have it included in that poll if possible

Board [Re]customization - think another unofficial discussion has been had where maybe the moderators may have contacted GT about this. I do the current one but I feel we should consider getting it redone in order to have both TVD|TO included in the banner especially since the merge has made it that both are together as one and it would go with the board name idea

Celebrations - below are the ideas that I have for an unofficial and official

August - I was thinking of an unofficial in order to celebrate the end to TO related to how we could pay tribute to both TVD|TO and the board as we move to a new journey|beginning. We could do some questions and testimonals and disucssion where I think it would also help promote discussion

September - an official with titles and OP and everything in regard to celebrate the TVD board having opened 9 years ago

Those are my immediate ideas feel free to offer thoughts and even more suggestions. With how we've got July in order to beginning a new beginning to the board and see if the board is worth moving forward with which is my hope

From what I was told, changing the name would adversely affect 's search ranking.

I'm not sure how adding the word "Franchise" would affect the searches because "The Vampire Diaries" would still be part of the title

Yeah that's why I think it makes sense, because they did it with other boards
