There was an article with him about how he discovered Ian. Wish I could find the link. If I remember right, he saw Ian in a crowd and wanted him in and Ian was at first not interested as he was modeling and not really thinking about a TV career yet (or at least thought not so early?), but he kept pursuing him and convinced him...
