I like Daylight Savings once I get used to it (I like more light in the afternoons) but I hate the switchover. I'm tired and cranky and have a headache. Plus tired and cranky children.
I'd rather we just stay on Daylight Savings all the time and stop switching back and forth.

+1 for staying on Daylight Savings Time (DST) all year. I remember hearing back in the day that the reason DST was changed from six months to eight was that they were trying to slowly phase us into keeping it year round. I don't remember where I heard it from or if the source was credible, but it was interesting to hear.

I thought I wasn't crazy in thinking they moved it. I thought it used to be later for both changing the clocks.

I think some states don't participate in it. But I don't remember which ones. I think it was just one or two.

I'm going to be pretty much away for the next week. I'll try to post but not sure how much I will feel like posting. My boyfriend's grandfather past away last night.

The night or well early early morning we were at the hospital from like 2am to 5:30 am before we finally went home. I had to work and he went back to the hopsital and was there when he passed.

While we were there pretty much the only thing keeping him alive was a bunch of drugs and oxygen. At the time he was still aware and knew what was going on but he wanted to hang on for a little bit longer.

I'm doing ok. He's always been quiet. But he's been more quiet than usual. The last 2 days even when he would talk it was real low. Obviously he didn't go to work Tue or yesterday. And he didn't go today nor planning to go tomorrow. The last 2 days he's stayed in bed watching tv.

I might try to get him out of the house for a bit tomorrow. He's always been the type that doesn't talk much or show emotion, so of course he doesn't want to talk or anything.

Yeah, getting him out of the house may help. Death is always hard and everyone deals different, but I can see how hard this would be for you as you don't know what to do to help him.

Thanks ladies omg week got even crazier! I now worked 73 hours from Sunday til yesterday Friday morning I worked my 3 shifts plus 3 other peoples 12 hour shifts that called out. I even worked 24 hours l straight Thursday morning til yesterday morning!

I took off tomorrow Sunday to get some extra rest. I will go back to work Monday!

and our waiter at the restaurant had the same name as his grandfather.
A few years ago my cousin died, he jumped off the bridge. It was a few weeks before my birthday and so around my birthday my friend took me out to eat and I rememer it was just raining and raining and our waiter made a comment about how the weather made him want to jump off a bridge. I'm pretty much I went went white and had a wtf expression on my face.

My future sister in law gave birth tonight at only 25 weeks.
