And I finally got a way to watch the pilot too
It was a strong, and solid pilot. I enjoyed the cast dynamics, the nod to the marine court and that Mackey was a pilot just like Harmon Rabb Jr. - "the grandfather of the franchise". It felt realistic that the 2 agencies had to work together, and that US didn't have the right to do anything. I'm looking forward to the next episode, and to learn more of the characters... wonder whether they will keep the office by the harbour... As for vibes: it reminded me a bit to OG NCIS with the ncis & fbi vibes, the scenery brings back LA with the summer feeling - but it feels closest to NOLA to me... __________________

Funny you had a summer vibe given it was filmed in winter
For me I am not sure on how I feel about NCIS taking leas on foreign soil. It feels odd to me. Working together is fine, but why would the group with no legal standing have point? |

I won't judge the concept until we don't see more... but it could work, it really depends on the capacity NCIS will get over the AFT (?) But as far as pilots go, I really enjoyed this one - it was fun to watch and kept me entertained. __________________
