I keep feeling as though they had similarities to the original team & it was hard to shake that. I'm looking forward to seeing what they have done with S2 though as hopefully they've become their own characters more now & with the new team it might change things. I especially feel that way now after reading your posts

See i love thats its similar to the original gang honestly when i first watched i didn't enjoy it but I gave it a second chance and i feel in love with it i enjoy that this should has more females in the main cast

.. i enjoy the idea on New Orleans the city is also another character to n the show ss the team its better .. i way i liked it how Pride runs it not out of fear like Gibbs and you see that in on pe of the episodes when one of the people that they knew died he told the person whl was close to that character to step down and work on something else and my sistes and i thought thatbwas brillant cause most shows don't do that they investigate the crime even though they aint allowed

Another thing the teams good the mesh well one thing that is still missing on LA is they aint a team or family they have worked together for what 5 years and its still seperate they still d o ne trust deeks and you have nell and eric seperate for, the rest and dont get me started on hetty . I love the show but they need to fix that side to it

I found it was trying too hard to be similar & bringing in characters from the original in hope that it would take off & not just let it stand on its own feet all I see is the similarities which annoys me as I don't want to watch a copy of a character I already have fallen in love with, I want to see the original character

yes, i do.
not as much as the original, but enough to be excited about watching the next ep.

when they did the LA crossover i didn't like the team and i watched an ep a few weeks back and still didn't like them.
but NOLA i liked from the start and still do.

i think it was a mistake to bring all the characters from the "mothership" in especially because their appearances weren't exactly necessary for solving the case and i am glad they stopped it.

that's what bothered me more, the fact that they weren't really necessary to the case/episodes I'm glad they stopped too, & enjoyed the show more once they had

^ i do agree the first few times it was cute but they did it like 5 or 6 times thats when they pushed it to far

So agreed about when they brought the characters from NCIS onto the show in the beginning. So glad that stopped.

I am still not sure about NOLA. I really wanted to like this season, but so far I am still bored with it. So far only two or three episodes really interested me I like the characters and all, but I dunno what it is about it that I just can't stay focused on it.

I finally caught up with the episodes. I really enjoyed them. It's weird how much I liked them when not watching them live. I wonder if I am just getting burnt our on NCIS?

that could be it. It could be too much NCIS all at once & be better watching them on three different nights. Maybe it is a good thing all three aren't on the same night thinking about it that way
