This completely speculation but after watching this week's episode I am wondering if they are setting things up to add Agent Aliyah De León into the team somehow... maybe to help replace Eric/Nell? I was also thinking maybe to replace Deeks if ECO is leaving & the show continues. I was thinking he may go down to stay at home dad to write him out or reduce his screen time. Or they will just add in a new agent to support both Deeks & Kensi disappearing alternatively because of their new child (that I hope they get)

I was thinking the same thing with them adding her to the cast somehow. I hope no one is leaving but hopefully it's just to add another person when one of the others are not there. like Roundtree we haven't seen him in a while it seems.

Yeah I hope it is just an add someone in. But seems like at least her two appearances we were missing someone for her to be included which concerns me
