Sounds like an interesting 2-perter. But I assume that the descripzion meant to say Deeks not Eric

It doesn't seem like a two-parter to me. Just two stand-alone episodes airing on the same night
 Both sound interesting though   Yes it should say Deeks not Eric. Not sure why that site has it wrong but the CBS Press Release for the episode says Deeks instead. I wasn't sure if they meant ECO or Eric Beale by it when I read it but then forgot to look up another source so thanks for the reminder  |

Based on the context of the sentence it couldn't be 'Eric Beale'... Why would he be so worried about Kensi, and the last we heard about him was that he has taken out some of his vacation days... But he's still part of NCIS... Msybe it's goin to be 2 stand alone episodes  __________________

While unlikely, I don't really see why it couldn't be Eric. It would be very strange, but I think anyone on the team would put their job on the line to protect one of their own. Then we don't know what is going on with Eric/Barrett or why he hasn't been on the show or when he is coming back. Plus from what I understood Deeks already has been forced to leave NCIS since the liaison positions were revoked. So while completely unlikely, it still could've been Eric. As I said though, I wasn't sure when I read it if it was right but forgot to check another source to see if it said the same. It definitely made me look twice as Deeks is by far the more obvious person to be reacting to Kensi being in danger. But it also seems like a very strange mistake for the site to be making too. Wherever they get their information from must have both actor & character names in the information I guess & they somehow removed the wrong name. CBS's release on their site doesn't list the actor names though & to me that would've been the logical source
I have no idea, but they don't sound like they're connected Wouldn't be the first time we got episodes on the same night which weren't connected. Would make sense if they were or be nice if they could air two-parters together |

I absolutely agree that everyone would do everything for the team no matter what... I just don't think that "Eric" worrying for Kensi would be part of the "short episode description"...
... But as you said it was an honest mistake made by that website Yeah, two-parters airing together would be amazing  __________________

I completely agree with you, I just simply wouldn't rule him out either. I think it is a strange mistake, even if it is an honest one
Especially compared to ones with breaks between them  |

And for some reason I have a bad feeling about this episode as well...

The next episode airs next week
(December 13th, then after that it will be Jan 3rd so not a huge gap between eps even then)Were the two episodes connected? Or just this one to the one which airs next week? |

That's what I presumed. They didn't seem like episodes that connected. But at least there were the two eps which meant there wasn't a hiatus between this ep & ep6. That & the next ep has a Christmas-sounding episode title so makes sense for it to air leading up to Christmas
