It's quite funny how reading certain words in an interview can make you think of something you want to 1 day see happen. And in this case, it was hearing the words 'the NCIS franchise just keeps expanding and evolving' from that Deadline interview with Sydney's showrunner.
I still wish for this show to get the 1st prequel in the franchise whenever it evolves into that territory. It'd be perfect. __________________
