thanks for the thread.

maybe the fornell story is coming to an end now..or is it just getting worse?

the other case sound interesting too.

florerr 01-16-2021 02:32 PM

Hopefully it will be the end of the the Fornell story, and it won't end in cliffhanger... :look:

But sounds like another intriguing episode for sure...

Such a good episode! :thud:

Gibbs having to do what he had to do to save McGee was both crazy and sad.

We got so much greatness with Ellick! The shipper in me is very happy after last night!! :thud:

This ep was one of best ep I have seen since start of 2019 season . I had forgot there was 2 ep in a row .
Perhaps due to other stuff in my personal life, found myself really tearing up when Gibbs went to see Tim in the hospital.
The whole ep was riveting , Fornel reuniting with his daughter !
Gibbs having to shoot Tim twice just to stop him from getting killed . Tim the veteran wouldn’t let one bullet to his arm stop him .
All around pretty intense eo

This episode had so many amazing moments!

It was a well-scripted episode, and they gave a completely reasonable explanation to the opening of the season.

I don't want to spoiler anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet, but I hope that McGee will be alright...

Glad I was also right that this would be an episode that gives answers :) Something to look forward to about it while I'm sure the rest of it will have me heartbroken :P

According to the synopsis's in the OP :thud: this storyline is coming to an end, eh? :thud:

So time-jump of 3 months since the end of 18x04 :thud: so this episode will bring us to McGee being shot by Gibbs :thud:

Tobias :thud: well he surely was deep-cover that's for sure it seems :thud: The boys "fake" gun-fight :lmao:

Leon giving Gibbs 72 hours :yay:

Oh wow terrorist :thud: is what the new batch is about

ELLE :thud: has been kidnapped

Oh wow :thud: well that explains Gibbs shooting Tim :thud: that the beginning of the season showed us :thud: it was to save his life

That Gibbs/Delilah scene :bawl: the kiss on the head was beautiful but Delilah was right :sigh: Gibbs only did it to save Tim's life

Agreed with everything that was said already. This was such a great episode!

nuwanda 01-22-2021 01:26 PM

I agree. It was another great episode.
Sad what Gibbs had to do, but it was the best he could do. Just hope everything will be allright.

THAT was the greatest scene of the episode. Always loved Gibbs and Fornell together. The are a great team.

Gibbs/Fornell are the best things :melt: ever agreed

The moments of this episode had me in tears and I truly love the bonds of family this show is showing.

Gibbs will do whatever it takes to protect those that matter to him, McGee is like a son to Gibbs which means there is nothing Gibbs won’t do to protect TIM, Family is everything to Gibbs. Even though he had to shoot McGee, this will be the hardest thing for Gibbs to do and to get past cause he will always be thinking that TIM is going to hate him.

florerr 01-22-2021 03:33 PM

It's going to be a hard thing to get over... But I'm sure that Mcgee will forgive Gibbs in time... Depending on the severity of his injuries of course... :look:

... Loved that fake fight scene, with Gibbs saying that if he'd want to kill Fornell, he would be dead... Something along those lines ...

crash landing 01-22-2021 03:34 PM

I think Tim will likely realize that Gibbs did it due to the fact that the plane blew-up :bubble: he probably didn't see the explosion but am sure that the others will testify to it
