Looking forward to the pilot episode...

There was promise. The case was a dud because it was so unexciting. Need to see more of a vibe between the cast. When it was one and one with each character, there was something. But nothing that jumped out. But it was only one episode. And they did not have the value of a true backdoor pilot to jump start the show, and its characters.

Vanessa was good, so far.

I had more issues with the blonde lawyer...

I wasn't impressed at all.

Agree with that.



I felt bored and I think there wasn't any kind of chemistry between the characters.

But like you've said, it was the first episode.
Let's give them a few more tries.

That's a shame you both feel that way :( Hopefully it gets better with more episodes

I still have no opinion to share, didn't have time to watch the Pilot just yet...

I watched it I didn't mind it

I love Vanessa as a lead and what she has to offer showing how it is being a woman in a man's world but she does it well and is great at the job ..

The cast is there we are still learning but It will take time really..

Love being in Hawaii a lot of my shows are set in there, got the classic Haawaii , Magnum, Dr Doggie MD

I watched the pilot & really don't know what to think. I'm not going to judge based on just the one episode but really not sure on it just from that one episode.

That's why I said give them a few more tries. It is hard to start a new show, especially with some others already on the run for years.
(But there are certainly TV shows that had hooked me up from the first episode, a few even from the first minutes.)

I don't know. I didn't mind the pilot. It was interesting enough. :shrug:

Clearly, not as interesting as some of the backdoor pilots we had, but it was a good start.

I can see an inkling of chemistry between the main characters, even if I can't recall any names at the moment...

Tennant & the Navy caption had something going there, some sort of familiarity, hopefully they'll build on it.

Liked the female lawyer /DEA , she had an edge.

The short girl, Lucy & the tall guy work well, and we have a native Hawaiian agent as well, who has plenty of family baggage by the look of it.

Also, there was something about a former agent, who was fired... :look:
