Episode Summary
When Aiden Hanna's plane crashes and he is accused of being at fault for the
accident, the NCIS team must investigate to clear his name. Also, Rountree
considers how he wants to handle the aftermath of the incident with the LAPD
and Sam finds a new caretaker for his father.

Paid leave does sound wrong but a start unfortunately terrible that much may only be because Roundtree is a federal agent

Why is the boathouse still the new squadroom for some of the team?

Nice to hear Sam & Aiden talk about long term effects from head injuries & how much more serious they could be or what may happen in the future. More focus needs to be put on that over simply shaking it off & continuing on like nothing happened

I get they need to test the planes but such a huge risk sending someone out after what happened with Aiden. Especially not knowing what the issue was. Thankfully Aiden could save the day

& the missing characters this week are Deeks & Kensi... don't think we got told where they were?

random observation: the actress who played the nurse who was looking out for Sam's father also played the nanny who looked after Vance's children

I'm not caught up with NCIS La, but I'm also noticing the absence of some of the main characters. Or that they are in the episode but only for a scene or two, and them they get an axcuse for not being present for the rest of the episode...


Anyways, episode wise it's funny that once again an actress appeared twicd in different roles

It was happening last season, but this season each episode so far has had someone missing. This one didn't explain where Deeks & Kensi were I don't think either. The others had an explanation

It's become obvious that there is episode count into the contracts for the show, and the main cast. The newer castmates are around a lot more. Callen even gets a very newbie for a partner. Although in this case, it's understandable given Sam's family connection to the case.

I did like the talk between Sam and Aiden about concussions, and not knowing what it might end up to be...

I did wonder if I we had seen the actress who played the nurse before, in the NCIS verse LOL.

Yeah, they did not even tell us why Kenzie and Deeks could not partake in the case this week, and why they were not even called. They could have just said a issue with Rosa, or some other work related.... But nothing, weird.

Looks like Aiden's past conduct was a little like Top Gun's Maverick LOL.

There are definitely contracts in place with lower episode counts at least for the four long term leads. But I guess we'll see as maybe next week Fatima or Roundtree will go missing
