What a bummer. Who the heck is Qasim. Ugh..wasted potential.

he appeared in an ep in season 12 (at least that's what i guess). he was suspected of killing a marine, which he didn't, then he put his own life in danger to safe others and he was rescued and offered a job at ncis. that's what i remember. maybe someone knows the name of the ep?


so finally i watched this ep and after i was complaining about this season yesterday i have to say this was a real good episode.

we saw bishops appartment for the first time, met all her brothers, learned that abby and burt are still together and although it wasn't from gibbs we saw a headslap and someone stopping the elevator.

liked how protective bishop's brothers were - although they overdid it of course.
didn't expect Quasim the one who is dating bishop.

liked some of the conversations.

one of bishop's brothers: we just want to make sure he (Bishop's boyfriend) isn't a deranged serial killer.
a different brother: or a vegan



during an interrogation:
suspect: it is all a misunderstanding.
gibbs: if that all it is you are free to go.
suspect: really?
gibbs: No!!!



and jimmy wanted to deep fry a turkey? i am at a loss for words...

Haha love that Bishops brothers surprised her for thanksgiving.

Torres and Bishop arriving at the scene looking like they were out with each other haha and Quinn questioning them on it. They actually could make a cute couple.

Ok, so I guess Abby and Bert are still together. :lol: but abby doesn't like labels

Haha soooo good with her brothers showing up at NCIS and questioning McGee and Gibbs saying they were allowed to be there because of him :lol: And Torres throwing Reeves in the elevator with her brothers was real good :lol:

I had a feeling it was Qasim she was dating. :rotfl: Abby's program for Bishops matches and Gibbs being the best possibility

I find it hilarious that suspects try to run when the scene is crawling with agents :lol:

This episode had a lot of comedy in it with Bishops brothers, but the case it was a little boring

So I did get episode 8 this week :P The channel doesn't need a headslap ;)

Bishop's brothers surprising her is great :lol: casting could have tried to make them look more alike I think

oh Burt mention. Oh Abby :sigh: can't you please find happiness & like labels a little bit. Nice to see Abby at the scene too! Rare treat :wiggle:

Does sitting on desks run in the family? the brothers questioning the team members is funny :lol:. Torres dug a hole for himself saying Bishop wasn't her type - but funny how he turned things around on poor Reeves

McGee & Abby are together in her lab working together

Yeah getting this episode before episode 9 makes no sense - Torres met Reeves in ep 9 but here he knows him. I do love his line about getting Reeves a bell but that hints towards him being around a while & jumping in with comments a couple of times

Abby: "Hear that Gibbs? Somebody who hated technology more than you - mind blown" - my mind is blown too :lol:

Abby's test, trying to figure out who is dating Bishop :lol:

I like the talk between Bishop & Qasim near the end of the ep

The funny bits were more entertaining than the case but it is one which makes you think about how people are locked up because they're Muslim not because they've done something wrong

Bishop's phone got destroyed? :lol: Doesn't surprise me if she left it near Gibbs

I like Bishop admitting to Gibbs that she broke rule 12 - & that he knew :) (which of course isn't a surprise)

Nice final scene with Bishop, her brothers, & then Qasim

Glad you got ep 8! I think they aired them in the correct order for you. :lol: Glad you also thought it made no sense to air the other before this one.

Yeah I think that they swapped them in the US so that the Thanksgiving episode aired closer to Thanksgiving but they were meant to be shown in the order they aired here :look:. It makes more sense to me in my order than your order. I'd be interested to see how they're put on the DVD :look:

I'd think it'll go the way it aired here but maybe not :look: or maybe it'll depend on the country?
