Mike Franks/Muse Watson #1 - Down Mexico Way...
 

I was watching I Still Know What You Did Last Summer not long ago on TV. I remember seeing this movie in theaters when I was 13 or so, so it had been a while since I saw this movie. To my surprise, guess who played the killer- MIKE FRANKS! haha

He played in the original movie as well, wow and I barely recognized him. Its funny when you watch movies from the past and you don't recognize the actors till now.

He did an awesome job playing very devilish and sinister! Which is a change from the funny Mike Franks we know from NCIS

I knew him before NCIS only from Prison Break, where he was regular in season 1 (aka the only season I like :look:)
