The bar can be seen in the episode with Ziva wondering where Tony is at - the one with Jeanne and the hospital.... Also it must be featured in one of the episodes after Cassidy's dying because I remember the shot with the small images... And I think Palmer's "stag party" also happens in the bar...

Actually when it comes to serious injuries both Bud, Delilah & Kensi had to use wheelchair at some point in their shows.
JAG: Bud lost his leg in Afghanistan, had to use wheelchair for quite some time before he got an artificial leg. NCIS had Delilah losing her leg in s11 she has been in wheelchair ever since. & NCIS LA had Kensi in wheelchair during most of s9 due to Dani being pregnant (again) __________________

I don't think Delilah lost her leg. I think she just ended up paralyzed. Still interesting that all three shows had that in common though!
