I thought we should have a thread like that too.

Shannon and Kelly Gibbs, our Jethros beloved wife and daughter who were killed. :(

Miss Kenton 06-29-2009 03:16 PM

Aww, how sweet. :sigh: That picture. :(

Good idea for the thread. Poor Gibbs, still suffering to this day over what happened. :(

BoneLady 06-29-2009 03:20 PM

Thanks. :)

Every time we get to see some flashbacks... it's soo sad.
He soo didn't deserve that. :(

Miss Kenton 06-29-2009 03:27 PM

I know. :( The moment that always almost makes me cry is when what's her name? The army girl he went out with for a while? :look: I forget! :thud: But when she plays the cassette with his daughter playing the piano. :( That moment always brings me close to tears.

BoneLady 06-29-2009 03:46 PM

Mann. I hated that woman. And I don't get what he saw in her.

And the way she was grilling him about his past at one point. And I hated Ducky for telling her about Shannon and Kelly. It's not his business.
It's up to Gibbs if he tells someone about his family or not.

But yeah, that scene really makes you cry. :(

Aw this thread makes me sad. :(

BoneLady 06-29-2009 04:29 PM

Yeah, it's a sad topic.

"Requiem" shows that a lot. Gibbs keeps that a part of his life mostly to himself, It seems to be too painful. So many what Ifs.

Aww, a great idea for a thread. So sad, though.

Love his wife's name though :)

 And you know Gibbs tortures himself about them all the time. :(

Really? I actually liked her, though I shipped Gibbs/Jenny :D But I always liked the episodes she was in. And I didn't mind that Ducky told her because I didn't feel like Gibbs would ever tell her.

This was a good thread idea. That is a great pic in the intro. It's so sad when we see flashbacks. :(

That episode was on tonight I believe. I only saw a few seconds but, the cassette was playing.

Miss Kenton 06-29-2009 09:14 PM

Oh really? I didn't get a chace to watch much tv today since I had to work. :pout: The cassette playing :sigh: And the look on Gibbs face always make me so sad! :(

maplezbear 06-29-2009 09:25 PM

Yep. I didn't get a chance to watch either... I had just gotten home from school and it was at the end already. :pout: His face does make you sad. Poor guy. :(

Miss Kenton 06-29-2009 09:43 PM

Ugh, I hate it when that happens. It used to happen to me a lot when I was in school, but now that I can handle my schedule better I'm usually home in time to watch. :D

Aww, I know. I just wanted to give him a huge hug! :(
