Love how strong their bond is, Kensi figuring out the truth that Deeks had indeed killed Boyle but to protect Tiffany

Ugh these two need to be parents just look at them at the end of 7x12

I can see why they wouldn't want to go there too soon, especially with the talk of one of them retiring when they have a child.

I kind of assumed that the reason they've given Deeks the bar is in case they want to do it sooner. So they can just say he can no longer split his time anymore, and as he owns it, he has to step back from NCIS.

He loves PD too much & his independence to become a full-time agent... But you'll understand why in later seasons
