See I expected him to be supportive of Callen wanting to propose, but he wasn't. So now I'm not sure what to expect from Arkady now
 . I'm sure he'll be happy for them, but also surprised too as he didn't give his blessing & he didn't think that marriage was the right thing for them |

I somewhat got Arkady's point
he just didn't want them to rush into anything just because that it's the next step... and he also knew that Callen (& Anna) had to sort some things out first... __________________

I didn't not get his point, I was simply surprised by it, which leaves me unsure on what to expect from him. I also couldn't work out if he was happen when he saw the proposal either
