I don't know if they're ignoring them. They just aren't releasing promotional pictures. The shows in general don't get them every year anymore. Just some promotional posters maybe (more updated cover pictures on social media). Then when new characters are added they get one shot (which is sometimes even just an episode still) which is then used as a promotional picture for that character. With all the recent changes on NCIS they got the new set & we got a new group shot last year, but now this new one this year too? Odd

NBC haven't done anything for the One Chicago outside of key art this year despite cast changes (and knowing they did take at least some pictures because of key art and cast social media), it's frustrating, tbh. The new cast members need to be properly added.

As far as I know for sure, they only took them of new cast members and those whose appearance has changed slightly, but there were brief video clips taken of everyone for promo material. None of the pictures have been released individually though, it's annoying. I think with franchise shows they should do it at least every other season.

Thanks for that cast pic. It is a shame they do not do them for the other shows - or they are and just not releasing them. Makes no sense to just do it for one of them.

I don't know why they don't do something like that but I like your idea on doing it every other season. Even if they did it alternating between the shows each year maybe?
