I'm planning on making a Curly/Laurie appreciation thread. :yay: I just have to get my arts together.
I might make some for this thread, as well. If that's alright, of course. |
Aw I'm glad, they were such a cute couple

Can't wait to see all these arts you've made, the ones I've seen for the other threads are amazing. Did you want adding? |
I know. :sigh:
I liked Will/Ado Annie, as well. |
Oklahoma is one of my favorite musicals of all time. It was also the first musical produced by Rodgers and Hammerstein, who had been partnered with other collaborators before that play, most notably Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart and Oscar Hammerstein and Jerome Kern.

She really got on my nerves but the two of them together was a good balance :D |
I love Oklahoma. Totally down with all the Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals but this and South Pacific are my favorites of theirs. It's an adorable piece.

Oklahoma was a blast for me to be in because I had a great cast. The dance scenes were fun too! Though I kind of got sick of having to use a Western accent while singing. It is a fun show though!
|
can i be added please?
|
What was everyone's favorite scenes? I loved Kansas City because of the dancing I got to do. The dream sequence and Farmer and the Cowman was awesome to do too. My least favorite was definitely Oklahoma because we ran through it a million times.
|
 hahaha... Well, it's the main song and I guess they wanted it to be perfect. :)
I love Kansas and the Farmer and the Cowman. :D But I never really cared too much for the dream sequence. I'm not sure why. |
