I love their friendship. Sure, Leonard's Sheldon's best friend and Raj is Howard's, but that doesn't mean that they can't have this amazing rivalry dynamic that they've been growing all this time. Last night's episode as well as the one with Howard making Sheldon do things for him so he could meet Stephen Hawking last season are definitely two of my favorites. They are friends in their own right. They wouldn't have spent the last ten years around each other if they weren't, right?
