What is the number on the left? Is it the count per month? and the posts per day on the right?

OK, I've been lurking around here for a while (well, the whole of fan forum really) and notice you guys seem to be struggling to get posts and the advice seems to be to make the two moderators post 95% of the board's total weekly count.

Are you guys seriously saying that a forum where moderators are forced to make the only posted in order keep it alive is a good place to be? Instead of moaning about the lack of each other's ability to post, why don't you go and find more fans to come and talk about the band? Being forced to post 50+/posts/day/moderator is a guaranteed to lower the quality of posts and make this is much less enjoyable place to be - perhaps that's already why usual regulars have disappeared.

Surely, the owners of FF would rather have good quality posts less frequently then a daily barrage of low quality ones?

Do the moderators even have enough time to dedicated to posting that many posts? FF is hardly the fastest site to use and it must take more than an hour to read and post to 20+ threads. That's ~30 hours a month - that's almost as many as a full time job, except you're not being paid.

We do have a lot of regular posters here at our board just that a lot of them are busy with school mostly and are working. I go days without posting at FF. Why didn't you post here? You would've helped us a lot to keep our post counts and i'm not trying to offend you or anything. Most people who moderate the boards as you know are of their own free will and they love what they're doing. I don't know the specifics in the agreements because I never was a mod... anyways... hopefully we'll get our influx of posts soon and it doesn't matter if there's only the mods posting and a few people posting here and there. As long as we're trying it's better than nothing. I think we're still doing pretty good... unless i'm wrong....
